LIFE GROUPS
Life Groups happen on Sunday's at 9:30A.M., 6:00P.M. and Wednesdays at 7:00 P.M.
These sessions are topical and open for anybody at anytime.  Join one today!

WORSHIP After Bible Study, our morning worship begins at 10:30 in the sanctuary. Our members will be happy to help guide you there. As you enter the sanctuary, you will receive an order of worship. The service usually begins with a call to worship song followed by the morning announcements and the offering. During the service, you can find the hymns and choruses that we sing projected on the front wall of the Sanctuary. We strive to keep the mechanics of our service at a minimum so that you can focus your heart on the reason we're here - to worship the Lord. After a time of worship and praise the morning message is brought followed by a time of decision before dismissal.

AFTER WORSHIP
Brother John will be in the main lobby after the service and would like to greet you personally. Once you've visited, we hope that you'll chooseCaledonia Community Church to be your church home.

 AWANA
The AWANA Ministry of Caledonia Community Church happens on Sunday Mornings during Life Groups and Morning Worship.  AWANA is the primary children's ministry of our church.   Children have opportunity for Games Times, Small Group Time and Large Group Activities.

BECOMING A CHRISTIAN
Maybe you feel a stirring in your heart to know the God of the universe and His Son, Jesus. If you would like to accept Christ as your Savior, you can do that right now. Below is information on what it means to accept Christ, why you need a Savior and how to invite Christ into your heart. If you pray this prayer, you are encouraged to call us at (618)742-8223 and speak to someone about your decision. Everyone is born a sinner. Romans 3:23 reveals that "... all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God ..." Sin separates you from God. Because God loves you, He does not want you to be separated from Him. God sent a way for each person to be brought back into His fellowship: Jesus Christ. Sin Separates us from God. Romans 6:23 says, " ... for the wages (or payment) of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord ... " Although people should die for their sins, God, in His love, sent His own son, Jesus, to take their place. God allowed Jesus' death to be payment for the sins of those who accept His Son as their Savior. Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross is God's only provision for sin. You cannot work hard enough. You cannot give enough. What you cannot do in your strength, God did for you in Jesus.

HOW DO YOU BECOME A CHRISTIAN?
To accept this gift, you must pray (talk) to God, admit you are a sinner and turn away from your sins. You must then ask Jesus to come into your life, forgive your sins and cleanse your heart. John 3:16 says "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life." If you would like to accept God's free gift of mercy and have eternal life, simply pray this prayer: Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner. I need Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and I want to turn from my sins. I invite You to come into my heart and into my life. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.  . If you pray this prayer, you are encouraged to call us at (618)742-8223 and speak to someone about your decision.

WHY JOIN A CHURCH?
Church membership is an important commitment because it is a tangible expression of a life that is committed to Jesus Christ. Church membership has its theological base clearly set forth in the New Testament. There is no evidence of anyone becoming a follower of Jesus Christ without being committed to the fellowship of a local church with other like-hearted individuals for the spread of the gospel. Church membership provides a place for service and ministry, gives opportunity for the disciplines of accountability to be properly expressed, and allows the discernment of the body of Christ to take place as the church lives out her mission and ministry in a community. We would like to invite you to consider making Caledonia Community Church your church home.

HOW DO I JOIN CALEDONIA COMMUNITY CHURCH?
There are several ways a person may join Caledonia: (1) By profession of faith and baptism. (2) By baptism (if you are coming from a church that does not teach the same thing we believe the Bible teaches about baptism). (3) By transferring your membership from another Southern Baptist church. (4) By statement of your experience in Christ (if you have made a profession of faith and been baptized in a church that believes and teaches what we believe and teach about baptism.) Regardless of your church background, we invite you to speak to Brother John about your decision so we may answer questions you might have regarding membership. The most important thing to us is that you have every opportunity to grow as a disciple of Jesus Christ. We believe that church membership is an important element in this growth process.

THE SCRIPTURE

We believe that the Holy Bible was written by inspired men and that it is a perfect rule of faith and practice.

GOD
We believe that there is only one living and true God. He has revealed Himself to us as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

HUMAN DEPRAVITY
We believe that man was created holy; that he by transgression fell, and as a consequence, he and his descendants became corrupt.

THE WAY OF SALVATION We believe that the only way of salvation is through the righteousness and blood of Jesus Christ our Lord, “whom God hath set forth to be the propitiation for our sins through faith by His blood.”

GRACE
We believe that God loves all of mankind perfectly. We can not buy, earn or be good enough to deserve His Love yet He gives it to us freely.

THE ORDINANCES
We believe that in the church of Christ there are but two ordinances, Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, and that believers are the only proper subjects; that immersion, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, upon profession of faith in Christ, is the only Christian baptism.

CHURCH GOVERNMENT
We believe that each individual church, with the Word of God for its guide, possesses within itself all the requisite authority for self-government.

THE LORD’S DAY
We believe that, according to the example of the apostles and early Christians, sanctioned by the repeated presence of the Son of God after the resurrection, the first day of the week is to be observed as the Lord’s Day.

RESURRECTION AND JUDGEMENT
We believe that Jesus was crucified and arose from the dead on the third day. And because He lives, we will live also. We believe that every person will face God’s Judgment and only those whose sins has been washed away by the blood of Jesus will enter into their Heavenly reward .

May God Bless You!
